This project involved the construction of a 119 apartment development for affordable rent and shared ownership properties. The development includes a mixture of four-bedroom duplexes, as well as one, two and three-bedroom apartments available for rent and low cost home ownership.

 

The Pilkington Profilit™ U-profile glass system extends the full height of the building, 20 story’s, and helps to enclose the main stairwell. The system fits in well with the modern and dynamic project design, and provides a fun yet functional aspect to the development.

 

Elmgrove Tower has also been awarded Demonstration Project status by Construction Excellence.
