The Westcrowns Golf Society enjoyed their first outing on Saturday 11th February taking them to Turnberry in South Ayrshire. WCS is focused on the people behind our company and strives to maintain and strengthen working relationships by strengthening inter-personal skills throughout the team.
It is our mantra to directly employ and continually develop our own staff, investing in the skills and ability of our people. It is our belief that by being stronger within ourselves we are able to deliver the highest quality to our clients. Our new golf society is another way in which WCS strives to create a working environment and team spirit which all our employees can join in and be proud of, this is our way of ensuring that together, as a company, we are the best we can be.

On Saturday 11th February at 0900 hours, the newly recruited Westcrowns Golf Society set out on their maiden venture across a multiplicity of demanding miles, perilous sand dunes, stretching grasslands, vast shrubbery and exacting coastal lines. These eleven hardy souls combated rugged terrain and trying winds for the sake of team building, for sportsmanship, valour and above all for the dignity of the company under whose banner they toiled! Battling gallantly through sheer winds and (for several spine tingling minutes) through lashing rain our spirited soldiers emerged whole and unscathed, the setting sun and a battle well fought behind them. One battalion stepped out of the ranks victorious; Captain Burley, Major Haran, Admiral Saxton and Squadron Leader Brown, finished with honours.
