As part of Reglit’s commitment to continued growth through innovation and staff development, and in addition to our traditional apprenticeship schemes, Reglit have successfully launched a tailored glass fitting training programme.
As with the recent successful graduations from our sister company Harndec Flooring (see http://www.lanarkshire.com/?node_id=1.4.11&id=119), this unique training delivery was organized in partnership with Scottish Enterprise and Routes To Work South (RTWS).

This training and business solution meets the growth needs of our business and at the same time gives the chosen trainees the opportunity to come off long-term unemployment and to commence a skilled job with a successful business working throughout the UK.

Having completed their bespoke training, all trainees have now joined Reglit as full time employees. This is reflective of our policy and commitment to our people and of our investment in our local economy.

The Graduation ceremony will be held on Friday 16th May 2008.
